Policies
Appointments
To make an appointment please email me at [email protected] or fill out my booking form. I do accept texts but NO CALLS!!! I do not take same day appointments from new clients.
Deposits
Appointments that include special travel require deposits.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. If you cancel after paying a deposit I have the right to keep the deposit. I will usually return it if I have enough advance notice as long as I have not spent money on nonrefundable expenses in preparation for our date (e.g. hotel, etc). If I need to cancel on my end I will return the deposit in full.
Payment
Payment is expected in cash on arrival. Please leave the envelope on a convenient surface. If you want to use Venmo you need to make arrangements in advance.
Screening
I require a picture of your vaccination card and a selfie before your first visit. The vax card is for my own safety (I am always as up to date as possible on boosters!), and to weed out clients without a basic understanding of science ;) The selfie is not because I care what you look like, but so I know who to expect. I delete the info after I’m done and have never had any issues with information getting out and don’t expect to! If you do not want to screen do not bother reaching out!
Travel
I’m based in Syracuse, NY and make frequent trips to other upstate NY cities and NYC. Outside of tour dates, which can be found on my Tryst and Twitter, I will travel inside of New York for a small fee and outside of New York for a larger one. Feel free to inquire about when I am coming to your area if you are ready to book an appointment.
